Nimisha’s engineer father and nurse mother both hailed from the Kollam district of Kerala, and she was born in Bombay. Her mother’s family originates from the Kollam region of Punalur. She has achieved the rank of black belt in Taekwondo. She represented Maharashtra at the national level in Taekwondo competitions. When she was in seventh grade, she earned her black belt.

Nimisha Sajayan Career

Nimisha made her acting debut in the film Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, directed by Dileesh Pothan. She brought Sreeja, the movie’s protagonist, to vivid life. She eventually made an appearance in B. Ajithk Rajeev Ravi as the editor. In 2019, she starred in the films Oru Kuprasidha Payyan and Chola, directed by Madhupal and Sanal Kumar Sasidharan, respectively, and received the 49th Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress.
