Kurup is based on the Biopic of Criminal Sukumara Kurup. In 1984 Contraversial muder has taken place in Kerala . Kurup murdered chacko becuase he is of same face and so want to claim insurance money. Chacko was murdered by kurup, his brother in law Bhaskar Pillai and Driver. They 3 caught but later kurup escaped from the clutches of the Law. Now Chacko’s family is objecting on this film as Dulquer is playing the role of Murderer Kurup in this Movie.
