Kunchacko Boban Upcoming Movies: Kunchacko Boban had three movie releases this year. He was seen in the movies ‘Pada’, ‘Nna Than Case Kodu’ earlier and his recent film ‘Ottu’ has released in theatres and running successfully in Malayalam. But the Tamil version of Ottu, which is titled ‘Rendagam’ hasn’t released and slated for release this September 23.
In 1997, Kunchacko made his acting debut with Shalini in Fazil’s Malayalam musical-romance Aniyathipravu. The film was a huge success, and Kunchacko became a star almost overnight. As a result of the financial success of his first film, he was cast in subsequent films such as Nakshathratharattu, Mayilpeelokkavu, and Niram, one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films of 1999. The actor made a cameo appearance in Harikrishnans, directed by Fazil, who also directed his first film.
Kunchacko took a hiatus from the film industry after a series of flops like Ingane Oru Nilapakshi, Prem Poojari, and Sahayathrikakku Snehapoorvam. The actor got married during his hiatus, and we didn’t see him again on screen until 2008, when he made a guest cameo in a song for Shafi’s LollyPop. However, he returned to the spotlight with the critically acclaimed and commercially successful criminal comedy Gulumaal: The Escape, directed by V. K. Prakash. After this film’s popularity, he went on to direct several more box office hits, including Mummy & Me, Sakudumbam Shyamala, Traffic, 3 Kings, and Sevenes, and Doctor Love. An honour bestowed upon him during the 2011 Asianet Film Awards, the actor was named Youth Icon of the Year.

Kunchacko Boban movies Pakalum Paathiraavum and Enthada Saji are aimed for 2022 release, but there is no official confirmation on the release dates from the makers of these two films. He will have multiple releases in the year 2023 as well. Movies like Ariyippu, Padmini, Aaraam Paathira will be releasing in 2023.
