Jayasurya Upcoming Movies: Jayasurya is another talented actor from Malayalam film industry, who has been working in the industry since 1995 and created an image for himself in the industry. He was seen in two films that released this year in the theatres. Meri Awas Suno and John Luther were released in the theatres this year and his new movie ‘Eesho’ is all set for direct digital premiere on Sony Liv OTT platform.
Although Jayasurya played small parts in a few other films, the romantic drama Oomappenninu Uriyadappayyan (2002) is generally considered to be his first. The actor’s first major hit was the romantic comedy Pulival Kalyanam in 2003, and since then he has primarily played comedic main roles in films like Chathikkatha Chanthu (2004), Classmates (2006), and Chocolate (2008). (2007). Negative roles in critically acclaimed comedies like 2007’s Arabikkatha and 2008’s Kangaroo gave Jayasurya a chance to branch out in the years that followed.

Iyobinte Pusthakam, a period thriller directed by Amal Neerad and starring Jayasurya, Fahadh Faasil, Lal, and Isha Sharvani, was released in 2014. Angoor Rawther, played by the actor, was universally praised for his portrayal of the film’s villainous adversary in early reviews. In the end, Iyobinte Pusthakam took home five awards from the Kerala State Film Awards, and Jayasurya was honoured with the SIIMA Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role.

Jayasurya will be entertaining the audience with his new film ‘Eesho’ that will be premiered on Sony Liv OTT platform from October 05, 2022. His next film ‘Enthada Saji’ along side Kunchacko Boban will be released by the end of 2022. Writer, Aadu 3 will be released in 2023, but the shooting of his movie ‘Turbo Peter’ is delayed and we need to wait for an official confirmation from the team about the release.
